Today on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Senior NFL Reporter Albert Breer lays out his informed speculation on what went into the leaked emails from Jon Gruden.

Albert Breer: "So the NFL get the emails back from Beth Wilkinson in July. There's 650K of them, of course it takes forever to go through them. You find a handful of them where you see Jon Gruden has got some really problematic language and behavior. In the NFL, you're saying to yourself, 'if this trove of emails somehow gets out and people know that we have it, we are going to look really awful that we let this slide, so we need to do something about it.
So they go the Raiders last week and say we have these emails and you need to do something about it. The Raiders they say no. Friday comes, they leak the first one. That's the warning shot. Suspend him, take him off the field. Do something. The Raiders do nothing, he coaches Sunday. Alright, so now we've already put out the one email where MAYBE you can explain it away... You know what comes next? Next, we're going to remove all doubt and we're going to start dropping more emails out there and if you want to keep playing this game, we will keep playing this game with you. Until you do something about it, until that folder is empty, we' ae going to keep throwing those emails out there. On Friday, the Raiders felt like maybe they can manage this. By the time Monday night came, there was no managing it."
