After a criminal investigation by the Parker (Colo.) Police Department, 18th Judicial District DA John Keller will not file charges against Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller.

In a statement released on Friday, March 5, the district attorney's office said, "After reviewing all of the materials, the District Attorney’s Office of the 18th Judicial District has determined that no charges will be filed in this case."

Parker Police forwarded the findings of its investigation to the DA's office on February 23.

Miller has one year and $18 million left on his contract with the Broncos. Thursday, new Broncos general manager George Paton said he would like to have Miller back although there are indications he wants to restructure that final year.

Miller missed last season with an ankle injury at the end of training camp. He spent the season on injured reserve.

The 18th Judicial District serves Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln counties.
